You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Infovue Solutions Inc reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time without notice.
All software development, consulting, and digital service projects are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) or project agreements. These terms apply to the general use of our website and services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.
The Service and all materials contained therein, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, and any other content, are the property of Infovue Solutions Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the prior written consent of Infovue Solutions Inc.
Upon full payment of project fees, clients receive ownership of the custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Infovue Solutions Inc retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. You may not use the Service to transmit or distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful to others.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, user data, source code, and trade secrets.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Infovue Solutions Inc does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infovue Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infovue Solutions Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Infovue Solutions Inc may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Infovue Solutions Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
