We do not accept returns on custom software development services, as they are unique to each client’s needs and requirements.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our custom software development services, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the final product. We will review your request and provide a refund if we determine that we are unable to meet the agreed-upon requirements of the project.

Please note that refunds are not provided for any third-party costs incurred during the project, such as domain registration, web hosting, or payment gateway fees.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your project, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the project is cancelled before work has commenced, we will provide a full refund. If work has already begun, we will prorate the refund based on the amount of work completed.
