Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the final deliverable. We will review your request and provide a refund if we determine that we are unable to meet the agreed-upon requirements of the project.
Please note:
- Refunds are not provided for any third-party costs incurred during the project, such as domain registration, web hosting, cloud infrastructure fees, API charges, or payment gateway fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
- Projects completed and approved by the client are not eligible for refunds.
Milestone-Based Refunds
For large projects with multiple milestones, refunds are calculated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation:
- Before project commencement: Full refund of advance payment
- During development (partial completion): Refund for milestones not yet delivered
- After delivery and approval: No refund applicable
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your project, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the project is cancelled before work has commenced, we will provide a full refund. If work has already begun, we will prorate the refund based on the amount of work completed and milestones achieved.
Subscription & Retainer Services
For ongoing subscription or retainer services (such as digital marketing, SEO, or cloud management):
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days
- No refund for partial months of service already rendered
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
